Job summary

Signarama is seeking a Client Success Associate to join our Fort Washington, PA team. You will support customers and the project management team by answering phones, processing orders, and managing smaller signage projects from start to finish.

The role emphasizes multitasking, strong communication, and attention to detail, with opportunities to collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, administrative, office, or client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly and professional phone presence.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning new software and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions, requests, and inquiries.
• Greet and assist customers who visit the office.
• Enter and process orders and project details in the order management system.
• Manage smaller signage projects from order entry through completion.
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to keep projects moving.
• Follow up with customers to obtain missing information and approvals.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information in the system.
• Assist with scheduling pickups, deliveries, and day-to-day project needs.
