Job summary

INW Phoenix Formulations is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to develop strong customer relationships, manage multi-million-dollar accounts, and ensure timely production and delivery of nutritional supplements. You will coordinate cross-functionally to respond to RFQs and maintain pricing and documentation, with a focus on accurate, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Project Management or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare sales reports and ensure timely production and delivery of products.
• Lead as the main contact for customer accounts and coordinate RFQ processes.
• Respond to inquiries, process purchase orders, and resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Update customer product pricing and maintain documentation.
• Forecast, track and report on account metrics.
