We're searching for a Client Success Manager who is passionate about both healthcare innovation and technology, operating at the crucial intersection where customer advocacy meets product expertise. Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Expertise & Advocacy: Master Steer Health's AI capabilities to effectively educate, inspire, and guide healthcare clients towards achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Deep Client Understanding: Immerse yourself in provider workflows and operational pain points (e.g., patient access, scheduling, engagement, revenue cycle) to identify and advocate for product-driven solutions.
  • Drive Adoption & Value Realization: Ensure clients maximize the value and ROI from Steer Health’s AI tools (e.g., chatbots, automation, analytics), reducing administrative burden and improving key metrics.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Act as a critical bridge between client feedback and our Product/Engineering teams, ensuring real-world healthcare challenges directly inform our product roadmap.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot integration challenges (EHRs, PM systems), analyze usage data and trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies for client success.
  • Strategic Partnership Building: Develop trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, from C-suite leaders to IT teams and frontline staff, demonstrating the transformative potential of AI in their operations.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Passion for Healthcare & Technology: Genuine excitement about AI's potential in healthcare and fluency in discussing concepts like digital front doors, automation, or revenue cycle management.
  • Technical Aptitude & Curiosity: Comfortable discussing APIs, HL7, EHR/PM system integrations, and collaborating effectively with technical counterparts to find solutions.
  • Customer Empathy & Advocacy: Proven ability to listen deeply to clinicians and administrators, understand their needs, and advocate for solutions that save time and improve care.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Thrive in ambiguous situations, navigate change effectively (e.g., evolving regulations, new technologies), and possess the grit to overcome obstacles.
  • Collaborative & Communicative: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly across departments (Product, Engineering, Sales) to align customer needs with business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in consulting, implementation, or technical account management within the healthcare technology sector.
