• Proven track record in client success, account management, or a comparable B2B software role with retention and growth ownership.
• Strong curiosity about product capabilities and how AI can enhance client outcomes.
• Excellent ability to build trust with senior, demanding professionals over years.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to own the client journey for a portfolio of U.S. law firms and in-house legal teams.
• Run structured onboarding and ensure first value quickly through practice-area alignment.
• Build durable relationships with managing partners and general counsels.
• Lead quarterly reviews translating usage into measurable outcomes like hours saved.
• Surface expansion opportunities and partner with sales to realize them.
• Champion client feedback internally to drive product and GTM decisions.
• Develop client success playbooks, onboarding guides, and health frameworks.
