Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience in a professional setting (legal, financial, healthcare, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
• Empathy and the ability to connect with individuals in stressful situations.
• Proven ability to close sales and meet performance goals.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• A professional and polished demeanor.
• Spoken Russian language is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth Zoom and telephonic meetings with qualified Prospective New Clients to sell legal services.
• Assess prospective clients’ needs and determine how our services can help.
• Educate prospective clients about our offerings, fee structures, and processes.
• Follow up with qualified leads through calls, emails, and other channels to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into retained clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and track sales metrics using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
