Friedman Vartolo LLP is seeking an experienced Client Support Administrator to liaison with firm clients, manage communications, and escalate timelines as needed. This remote role requires a client-first mindset and the ability to handle multiple portals and cases with precision.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in default services, strong written and verbal communication, and a team-oriented approach to support a fast-growing, New York-based law firm with national client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in the default services industry.
• Experience with BFKS, Tempo and other client portals.
• Tech-savvy and willing to handle hands-on tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accurate completion of BFKS and Tempo workload steps daily.
• Manage internal and client milestones and timelines for cases.
• Serve as the single point of contact for firm clients.
• Maintain and improve client relationships to drive referrals.
• Escalate timeline issues when needed.
• Produce case-level reports for client review.
