As our Client Success Coordinator, you’ll often be thefirst interaction someone has with Big League.
Your primary responsibility is to help prospective clients navigate the process of getting started with us. You’ll answer incoming calls, follow up with people who have expressed interest in working with us, conduct Discovery Calls, answer questions, and ultimately help the right people take the next step by scheduling an Initial Evaluation.
This is part customer service, part sales, and part hospitality.
We’re not looking for someone to read from a script or pressure people into scheduling. We want someone who is genuinely curious about people, comfortable having conversations, and confident helping someone make a decision.
You donotneed previous physical therapy or healthcare experience.
We'd love to meet someone who has worked inboutique fitness, hospitality, membership sales, customer service, wellness, or another relationship-driven environment.
