Job summary

Pluto Labs in Phoenix is seeking a client success professional to own relationships with a portfolio of local business accounts. You will translate paid ads and social performance into clear explanations of why results occur, not just numbers.

Day-to-day includes onboarding, retention, and identifying upsell opportunities while coordinating with the team to fix issues before clients notice them. In-office role with growth toward leading a client success team.

Qualifications

• Must have agency or client-facing experience.
• Live in Phoenix, in-office (not remote).
• Know paid ads and social media marketing.
• Able to talk to business owners in plain English, not marketing jargon.
• Want real growth, not a capped role.

Pluto Labs helps local service businesses (roofers, HVAC, plumbers, pool builders, remodelers) grow through Meta ads and social media.

We're a team of 10+ building the intersection of marketing and AI for local businesses, and we need someone to own our client relationships as we scale.

What you'll actually do:

• Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
• Understand paid ads and social performance well enough to explain the "why" behind results, not just report numbers
• Catch problems before clients do, and loop in the right team member to fix them
• Own onboarding, retention, and finding upsell opportunities
• Coach clients on how to run paid ads/social media content

• Live in Phoenix and can commute in office(not remote)
• Know paid ads (Meta especially) and social media marketing
• Have agency or client-facing experience
• Can talk to business owners in plain English, not marketing jargon
