About The Role

The DC Client Success Manager (DC CM) oversees daily operational performance for assigned clients and operations teams. They collaborate with support areas like customer care and technology, serving as the main client contact. Additionally, the DC CM supports the Senior Client Manager/Client Leader in delivering high-quality solutions and utilizes effective client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize expert knowledge of DC to interpret complex client requirements.
• Address questions related to unique situations, participant inquiries, client escalations, and requirements.
• Drive stable and consistent delivery from internal and external partners, using data to influence standardization and process innovation.
• Communicate, validate, and manage eCAT with the client.
• Manage defined contribution plans and understand their effects on clients and participants.
• Collaborate with the Oversight & Excellence team to reduce costs by lowering demand and improving efficiency, while focusing on delivery quality.
• Maintain regular communication with the client regarding delivery and projects.

Requirements

• Effective communication and influencing skills on domain and technical matters, internally and externally.
• Proven analytical abilities and attention to detail when working with complex data.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to report data to stakeholders.
• Advanced management and organizational skills with adaptability to change.
• Expertise in Defined Contribution and related systems.
• 3+ years of experience in Defined Contribution and team coaching/leverage experience.

Additional Information

The salary range is $55,800 to $88,500 USD, based on experience and qualifications. Background checks are required prior to employment.
