BIOLYPH in Chaska, Minnesota is seeking an experienced Client Service Facilitator to coordinate day-to-day client communication and cross-functional needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role drives client satisfaction through collaboration with Production, QA, Inventory, and other teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional client relationships through responsive communication.
• Coordinate client needs across Production, QA, Inventory and other teams.
• Draft and maintain client-related documentation and prepare quotes as needed.
• Provide occasional administrative and project support to leadership and represent client interests at events.
