  • Route incoming communications and requests to the appropriate personnel and follow up as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating Production Team activities related to Client needs.
  • Support the Quality Assurance Team with Client communications and coordination.
  • Coordinate the receipt, delivery, and shipment of Client materials.
  • Assist the Inventory Team with cycle counts and Client-related communications.
Documentation & Commercial Support
  • Draft and maintain Production-related documents and other Client documentation as needed.
  • Prepare price quote proposals as requested.
  • Ensure Client information, requests, and related documentation are accurately maintained and communicated.
Secondary Functions
  • Provide occasional administrative and project support to the Managing Director, including transcription, document formatting, editing, and preparation.
  • Support company tradeshows and other Client-facing events as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and other initiatives as assigned.
