Job summary

Nexxen is seeking a strategic Manager of Client Success in the Central Region. This hands-on leader will guide a 4-6 person team of Client Success Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive retention, and accelerate revenue growth.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Central Client Success, you will collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal to align success strategies with business goals, use data to guide decisions, and scale workflows for

Qualifications

• 5+ years in advertising, ad tech, or digital media with client services or media sales.
• 2+ years leading teams with hiring, mentoring, and scaling talent.
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns ($100M+), with revenue growth and client retention.
• Expertise in programmatic advertising, CTV, and digital media platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinker with planning and organizational skills and bias for action.
• Highly collaborative and proactive with a focus on scalable success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing Client Success team of 4-6 individual contributors.
• Act as trusted advisors guiding clients toward business goals through data-driven strategies.
• Drive retention, upsell opportunities, and revenue growth through strategic planning.
• Design scalable workflows and best practices to increase efficiency and impact.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client issues.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
• Use data and insights to track KPIs and inform decisions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Nexxen’s product suite across channels.
• Deliver measurable gains in client satisfaction, renewals, and revenue targets.
