Job summary

Aardvark Studios is seeking a Client Services Manager to own everything after the sale. You will be the client’s single point of contact from kickoff and build through mobile tour operations, recap, and renewal.

This highly visible role requires proactive client advocacy, leadership of cross-functional teams, and disciplined KPI tracking to protect scope, budget, and timelines while driving renewal opportunities and client success.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of client services, account management, or program management experience, preferably in experiential/event marketing.
• Experience managing mobile tours, live events, or brand activations.
• Proven ability to own client relationships and renewal outcomes.
• Experience setting, tracking, and reporting against program KPIs.
• Experience managing six-figure program budgets with margin awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale client programs from kickoff through recap and renewal.
• Lead program kickoffs with clear plans, timelines, and success criteria.
• Manage client communications, approvals, changes, and status reports.
• Identify renewal/expansion opportunities and coordinate with Sales.
• Direct and mentor Client Services Coordinators and freelance support.
• Oversee cross-functional teams (Creative, Fabrication, Fleet & Facilities) from build to launch.
• Ensure scope, budget, and timeline are protected; provide proactive course corrections.
