Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Plano, TX, seeks a Client Success Officer in the Commercial & Investment Bank to own end-to-end client relationships across banking, treasury, implementation and KYC, delivering an enhanced experience.

You will leverage data, problem solving and clear communication to surface insights, tailor solutions, and drive timely decisions, while coordinating onboarding, migrations, and service delivery for complex clients. Travel up to 20% to visit clients may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 6+ years of experience in Business Operations, Client Services, and/or Sales Support.
• Clear, effective communication tailored for diverse audiences.
• Comprehensive knowledge of treasury products with strong client interaction.
• Extensive project management experience coordinating cross-functional deliverables.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and executive presence.
• Strong data literacy to interpret data and present visuals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Banking and Sales for strategic reviews, long-term planning, and growth opportunities.
• Own day-to-day client relationship management routines for assigned complex clients.
• Coordinate product migrations and service-related needs across teams.
• Participate in project meetings for large client implementations and track milestones.
• Resolve client escalations by mobilizing internal partners and driving timely decisions.
• Create and present relationship review materials and data-driven visuals.
• Coordinate RFP responses and sales pitches, translating service value for clients.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines across client portfolios.
• Consult, improve, and elevate client routines and service delivery.
• Discuss product offerings with clients and highlight capabilities.
• Leverage technology to offer solutions that improve operations.
