Qualifications

• Nebraska Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses required
• Experience in sales (outside or inside) preferred
• Experience managing client relationships preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to anticipate customer needs
• Ability to relate to customers and prospects
• Associates Degree or some college

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers
• Provide prompt and accurate quotes and illustrations for prospects and customers
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service across inquiries, coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing
