Job summary

Paychex is hiring an Implementation Consultant to onboard Paycor clients, delivering from single product to complex multi-product implementations. You will drive milestones, collaborate with teams, and optimize client utilization of the Paycor platform to boost productivity and retention.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1 year in a client-facing role; experience with Paycor or HCM software is a plus. Location in Saint Petersburg, FL is expected for on-site work.

Qualifications

• 1 year of client-facing experience; implementation, project management or B2B sales helpful.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of human capital software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transition of new clients from their current HCM software to Paycor product suite.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout implementation and manage issues with stakeholders.
• Establish clear expectations and strong relationships; ensure client requirements are understood by the team.
• Consult clients on best practices and system/process changes to reach milestones.
