Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree - Required
• 1 year of experience in a client-facing position; prior implementation, project management or business to business sales experience a plus.
• Knowledge of human capital software preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate transition of new clients from their existing HCM software to the Paycor product suite and ensure a smooth conversion.
• Act as the primary client contact during the implementation process and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Establish strong client relationships with clear expectations and mutual trust; ensure requirements and objectives are defined and understood by the team.
• Proactively consult clients on best practices and recommended system/process changes to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with non-client facing team members to ensure accurate database configuration.
• Test client data and Paycor system configuration for proper functionality; resolve data discrepancies.
• Investigate, analyze and recommend solutions for client issues with leadership/Support teams.
• Maintain accurate project status in project management software and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual system review sessions with new users.
• Work with sales partners to ensure client expectations are met and provide technical support when needed.
• Transition clients to ongoing Client Services Support after implementation.
