Job summary

MSI seeks a Client Success Specialist to drive new business, educate clients on HVAC system benefits, and cultivate lasting relationships that deliver long-term value. You will report to the Sales Director and coordinate with the Vice President, General Managers, Accounting, and Field Employees to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience with targets exceeded.
• Strong in sales, business development or client relationships in service industry.
• Experience with CRM and prospecting tools is highly desired.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ethical and discreet.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients for preventive maintenance contracts.
• Educate clients on HVAC benefits and MSI capabilities.
• Build lasting relationships to drive long-term value.
• Collaborate with project management, accounting and sales to onboard clients.
