Job summary

Doist is seeking a focused Client Support & Sales Coordinator to manage day-to-day client inquiries, maintain strong relationships with agencies and brands, and support business development efforts. You will produce sales collateral, coordinate cross-functional work, and help drive new business with proactive communication.

The role involves CRM-driven prospecting, RFP responses, and campaign coordination to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Build strong client relationships and respond professionally to inquiries.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth client delivery and process efficiency.
• Prepare client-specific sales materials and respond to requests with timely, accurate information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for client, agency and brand queries; escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare client-specific sales decks, 1-sheets and collateral; coordinate across two Sales Directors.
• Prospect, identify and pursue new leads using CRM tools; respond to RFPs with proposals and ad product recommendations.
• Oversee campaign delivery timelines, asset collection, and post-campaign reports; present to clients.
