Job summary

Encore Funding in Cleveland, Ohio seeks a Client Service Manager to lead daily funding operations and a client service team. You will evaluate supporting documents, ensure timely funding, and protect the portfolio while growing client relationships with senior leadership support.

The role requires strong leadership, financial aptitude, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with a focus on client satisfaction and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in factoring, financial services, or lending.
• Experience leading employees in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional client service and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team processing weekly funding requests.
• Review invoices, timecards, POs, bills of lading, and other documents to validate funding.
• Ensure client funds are delivered accurately and on time.
• Monitor client and debtor performance to protect collateral and portfolio.
• Maintain positive client relationships while balancing business and portfolio risk.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen service delivery.
• Communicate issues clearly to senior management.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve client service issues.
