Job summary

CDP, a Boston-based public benefit corporation, is seeking a Client Setup and Support Coordinator (Temp) to ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the support ticket lifecycle. Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with clients and internal partners under pressure.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive client experience throughout ticket lifecycle.
• Promote client success by managing expectations and SLAs.
• Handle user setup and deactivation in CRM and Revolution CRM.
• Create and update contact records in Salesforce.
• Contribute to knowledge base and documentation.
• Escalate recurring issues and advise process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for handoffs and security compliance.
• Support multiple business teams and external partners.
• Assist Manager and Director with duties.
