CDP is seeking a Client Setup and Support Coordinator (Temp) to ensure an exceptional client experience through the support ticket lifecycle. You will review and action user setup and deactivation while maintaining accuracy across CRM systems and adhering to SLAs.

This temp role emphasizes collaboration with clients, partners, and internal teams to promote client success and service efficiency. A strong focus on documentation and process improvements is expected.

Formación

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills required.
• Ability to work with clients and internal partners under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Review and action user setup and deactivation requests.
• Maintain accuracy of contact records in Salesforce and Revolution CRM.
• Communicate proactively to ensure SLAs are met.
• Provide data-driven contributions to knowledge base.
• Collaborate with teams to improve CRM processes and security.
• Escalate issues timely and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate handoffs to other internal teams as needed.
• Support multiple projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist with ongoing service delivery and client success.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
