Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Experience in insurance, employee benefits, or related professional services preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro, MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the employee benefits department.
• Assist with document preparation, reporting, invoicing, carrier coordination and project support.
• Develop open enrollment materials and maintain department records.
• Format presentations and communications for internal and external audiences.
• Support client service and sales teams and help improve processes.
