Qualifications

• Willingness to continue education toward certifications/advanced degrees. A high school diploma accepted as well.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client communications and account transactions by close of business.
• Maintain complete and accurate client activity records in the CRM.
• Support internal projects, draft agendas, and attend internal meetings.
• Coordinate meetings and calls between advisors and clients; build rapport with clients.
