Job summary

Paul Gough Media is seeking an AI Client Coordinator to deliver polished, white-glove client experiences across all touchpoints of our AI products. You will manage onboarding, monitor client journeys, and serve as a key point of contact via email, Slack, Zoom, and CRM platforms.

You’ll coordinate with sales, fulfillment, and operations to keep projects on track while supporting internal processes and AI platform workflows.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in customer service, client success, or project coordination.
• Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment is ideal.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PaulAi client onboarding and setup across Paula, Connie, and tools.
• Monitor client onboarding progress and ensure a high-quality experience at every stage.
• Serve as a primary contact via email, Slack, Zoom, and CRM platforms.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects with cross-team collaboration.
• Support day-to-day administration, update SOPs, and maintain client records.
• Assist with AI platform workflows, data flow, and system handoffs.
