Dove Technologies, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented professional for a dual-role Customer Service Representative and Bookkeeper. The position blends customer support with accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment that rewards organization and accuracy.

You will handle incoming calls and inquiries, process orders, enter invoices, file documents, and assist with data entry and recordkeeping while collaborating with teammates to ensure flawless service, accuracy, and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Bookkeeping, accounting, or accounts payable experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Critical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with computers and business software applications.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries through our ticketing system.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Enter accounts payable invoices and maintain accurate records.
• File financial and administrative documents.
• Assist with bookkeeping and accounting-related tasks as assigned.
• Support office operations and administrative functions as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry and recordkeeping.
