Job summary

S & A Group in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Client Assistance Coordinator to guide potential clients through programs, help select plan upgrades, and support current clients with billing inquiries and benefit updates.

You'll conduct outbound calls to understand customer needs, build lasting relationships, and stay up-to-date on offerings while promoting new services. Training provided; growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales background a bonus.
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid ID and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a laptop or iPad and high-speed internet.
• Quiet and distraction-free workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to understand customer needs and recommend tailored benefit solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting client relationships.
• Schedule and conduct in-person field visits with clients when needed to review benefits, deliver information, and provide personalized support.
• Accurately manage and update customer accounts and records.
• Handle incoming questions regarding services, benefits, and billing with clarity and professionalism.
• Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on company offerings and assist with promoting new services.
