Job summary

S&A Group in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Client Assistance Coordinator to guide potential clients, help them choose plan upgrades, and support current clients with billing inquiries and benefits updates.

This role emphasizes outbound outreach, relationship-building, and in-person visits when needed. You’ll receive hands-on training, growth opportunities, and performance bonuses as you contribute to client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service (sales background is a bonus).
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid ID and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a laptop or iPad and high-speed internet.
• Quiet and distraction-free workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to understand customer needs and recommend tailored benefit solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting client relationships.
• Schedule and conduct in-person field visits with clients when needed to review benefits, deliver information, and provide personalized support.
• Accurately manage and update customer accounts and records.
• Handle incoming questions regarding services, benefits, and billing with clarity and professionalism.
• Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on company offerings and assist with promoting new services.
