Rightway is seeking a Client Success Associate to support day‑to‑day client relationships and coordinate cross‑functional teams. You will handle account matters end‑to‑end and ensure timely resolution while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data‑driven thinking, and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2+ years in client success or healthcare/PBM preferred or equivalent background.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, or benefits administration preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Case tracking and resolution across internal departments and client resources.
• Submit data analytics tickets and interpret dashboards for client updates.
• Provide practical solutions and engage resources to resolve issues.
• Meet deadlines and client performance guarantees.
• Support the client success team with materials and documentation.
