Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
• Knowledge of, or experience in the insurance industry, self-insurance programs, TPA, or JPA is preferred but not required.
• Property and Casualty Broker-Agent License at hire or within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain friendly and courteous communications with NCSIG clients and provide prompt service.
• Meet or exceed customer service expectations per agency standards and NCSIG guidelines.
• Assist with planning and facilitation of board meetings and events.
• Website updating – keep the NCSIG site current and accessible for members.
• Assist renewal marketing, gather renewal information, and update Excel data.
• Maintain accurate customer databases using EPIC and Access Management Systems.
• Process accounts, including binders, ID cards, certificates, invoicing, and policy processing.
• Handle NCSIG program accounting tasks including checks and deposits via QuickBooks.
• Provide information to CPA’s and administrators as requested.
• Maintain client data accuracy, document significant dates and changes, and notify supervisor of issues.
