Job summary

While licensing isn’t required, Schwab will support you to pursue Series 7 and 63/66 licenses as aligned with your career goals. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
• May be asked to become a Notary; licensing support offered for Series 7/63/66.

Responsibilities

• Support branch operations under the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager.
• Deliver an unparalleled client experience at the local Schwab branch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with licensing preparation and ongoing training as needed.
