Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist at a local branch to deliver outstanding client service and support branch operations under the guidance of the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager.

Licensing isn’t required for this role, but Schwab will support you in pursuing Series 7 and 63/66 licenses if aligned with your career goals. This position offers growth, collaboration, and exposure to financial services in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience.
• Experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management preferred.
• Licensing is not required but Schwab will support Series 7 and 63/66 licensing if aligned with career goals.
• Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working independently and as part of a team while handling multiple tasks.
