Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; emphasis in Animal Science, Agribusiness, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing, consultative role within agricultural or animal science sectors.
• Experience in bovine genetics, dairy, or beef production is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted client advocate by responding promptly, communicating clearly, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships.
• Consult with clients to understand objectives and provide tailored guidance on production planning, genetic services, and animal movement.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver timely, efficient solutions, adjust services as goals evolve, and support contracts, agreements, and inventory management.
• Communicate technical results and service outcomes effectively to support informed client decision-making.
• Build long-term partnerships that drive client retention and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support domestic shipping of embryos and semen through accurate documentation, organization, and shipping/receiving coordination.
