Job summary

605 Sires + Donors is seeking a motivated Client Service Representative to support and grow our bovine reproductive services business. You will blend technical expertise with consultative sales to build partnerships with dairy and beef producers, veterinarians, and industry stakeholders.

You will promote advanced reproductive technologies, educate producers on management practices, and coordinate services with laboratories and field staff to maximize herd genetics and producer profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Business, Dairy Science, Animal Reproduction, or related field.
• Knowledge of bovine reproduction, genetics, and dairy/beef production systems.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
• Experience with bovine IVF or embryo transfer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with dairy and beef producers, veterinarians, livestock cooperatives, and other industry partners.
• Promote the company's bovine reproductive services and present customized breeding solutions.
• Educate producers on reproductive management practices and collaboration with veterinarians and lab staff.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Coordinate services between customers, laboratory staff, veterinarians, logistics personnel, and field technicians.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analyses.
• Frequent travel to farms, breeding facilities, and industry events.
