Talbots store in Reno, NV is seeking a part-time retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships. You will work in a team environment, assist customers with fashion needs, and promote Talbots products while maintaining store standards.

Position Type: Regular/Part time. Location: Store 00294 Reno, NV 89511. Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Join a brand with strong discounts and incentives as part of KnitWell Group family.

• Prospecting and establishing a strong clientele from existing and new customers.

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Support all service enhancers to build strong customer relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas like Clientelling/Outreach and appointments.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Seek to understand customer needs with curiosity and confidence through conversation.
• Share current products and fashion trends to wardrobe and build trust.
• Participate in community/store activities and events to promote the Talbots Brand.
• Occasionally lead/supervise others and open/close the store.
• Represent the brand image professionally.
