Responsibilities

Create exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
Support service enhancers to engage clients.
Achieve sales and service metrics (clientelling, outreach, appointments).
Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
Understand customer needs and communicate fashion trends.
Participate in store/community events to promote Talbots.
Occasionally lead/supervise others and assist with opening/closing.
