The Talbots LLC in Roseville, MN is seeking a part-time retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients. You will guide shoppers with fashion advice, manage clienteling, and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere.

This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; prior retail experience is a plus. Talbots offers a generous employee discount and opportunities to grow within the organization.

• Available at least 20 hours per week and flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Comfortable climbing ladders, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas like Clientelling/Outreach and Talbots Classic Awards.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Seek to understand customer needs through curious and confident conversations.
• Share current products and fashion trends to wardrobe and build trust.
• Participate in store activities and events to promote the Talbots Brand.
• Lead or supervise others occasionally and assist in opening/closing the store.
• Represent the brand image professionally.
