Job summary

Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores is seeking a Client Solution Technician to support carriers and merchants on our in-house platform, resolving escalated issues and guiding product adoption.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure effective platform utilization, proactive risk monitoring, and high customer satisfaction, while documenting interactions and sharing best practices.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; 2–4 years in customer support or related field.
