Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a customer-oriented Service Advisor to drive sales and service in our Truck Care facilities. You will be the primary contact between customers and the sales department, combining customer service and leadership to ensure a smooth service experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting service needs, providing repair estimates, promoting promotions, obtaining approvals, and keeping customers updated on vehicle status while resolving concerns.

Qualifications

• 6 months in customer service or sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean safety record.
• Pass drug screening and medical exam as per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, address vehicle service needs, and document issues.
• Provide detailed repair cost estimates, promotions, obtain approvals and payments.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status and provide explanations of completed work.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns.
