Responsibilities

• This is a customer-facing role with general customer service duties, including assisting, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care teams with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Operate and maintain facility equipment and systems (HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration, etc.), perform cleaning and repairs.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Always prioritize safety and customer satisfaction by following company safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.
