Job summary

You will triage inquiries across multiple domains, assign cases, and help create clear statements of work while tracking progress and updating procedures for the Sales Support team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in professional services, preferably US healthcare.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
