Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary POC for assigned clients and manage relationships.
• Present billing analyses and suggest monthly savings opportunities.
• Lead client calls, prepare agendas, and send follow-up notes.
• Coordinate implementations and transitions with internal teams.
• Create monthly reports and manage related files (SAP, chargebacks).
• Assist with audits, documentation, and HR/invoice processing.
