Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
ConversionIQ is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to own a portfolio from onboarding to expansion, translating client needs into measurable value with our AI platform. You will map operations, identify bottlenecks, and guide clients through a documented roadmap of use cases and outcomes.
You will drive expansion by turning roadmaps into real deployments, coordinating with implementation and revenue teams, and ensuring every meeting ends with clear action items and follow-through.
We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager who is equal parts business analyst and solution seller. You will own a portfolio of clients from the moment they sign, and your job is to understand their business better than they expected anyone outside their company could, then show them exactly where ConversionIQ.ai creates value they are leaving on the table.
Onboard new clients quickly and cleanly, standing up their initial use case so they see value in the first days, not the first month. Use onboarding to map the client's full operation: their workflows, their volumes, their bottlenecks, and the places where conversations are being lost or handled manually. Build a documented opportunity roadmap for every account, identifying the next three to five use cases where Chatti and ConversionIQ.ai can create measurable value. Ask sharp discovery questions on every interaction to surface pain points the client may not have connected to us yet.
Own expansion across your book of business. Convert the opportunity roadmap you built during onboarding into real, closed use cases over the life of each account. Translate business problems into platform solutions, and present them with the confidence of someone who knows the value is real. Run bi-weekly Success Syncs with Enterprise accounts and monthly syncs with SMB clients, each backed by a data-rich, client-facing deck. Use AI tools (including Claude) to prepare decks that combine platform findings, usage trends, and specific expansion recommendations. Bring in our implementation and revenue team for larger technical scopes, and stay the owner of the relationship throughout. Send a written recap after every client meeting that captures decisions, next steps, and owners, then make sure every action item actually gets done.
Convert free trial users into paying clients by getting them to real value fast and finding the specific use case that makes the platform indispensable to them. Ensure every converting client has a clear value story and a payment method on file. Treat every trial as a discovery engagement in miniature: diagnose the need, map the fit, and close.
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your portfolio. Conduct weekly usage reviews across your book. Spot accounts that are paused, declining, or underutilizing the platform, and take action within 48 hours. Educate clients on new features, recent releases, and best practices so they keep getting more out of the platform over time. Maintain an accurate revenue forecast and pipeline in Zoho CRM at all times.
Review live conversations across your key accounts daily to catch quality issues, missed opportunities, and knowledgebase gaps. Submit specific, actionable knowledgebase improvement recommendations to the implementation team. Escalate platform bugs to the dev team with clear documentation. Frame every platform finding to the client as an opportunity, not a problem.
Keep ONE Agency Account Managers in the loop on shared client relationships. Share updates proactively and include them in relevant meetings. Log all client notes, update deal records, and maintain CRM hygiene in Zoho after every interaction. Organize and route support tickets and implementation requests to the right teams.
2+ years in a Client Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or Sales role, ideally in SaaS or a tech-forward environment. A genuine solution seller. You are not afraid to identify a need, put a recommendation on the table, and ask for the business. Comfort with expansion and upsell conversations is essential, not optional. A business analyst's instinct. You can walk into an operation, see how the work actually flows, and pinpoint where a conversational AI platform creates value. Fluent with data. You read usage metrics, spot trends, and turn them into a clear story a client will act on. A strong communicator in writing and on video. Your decks and recaps are clear, professional, and specific. Highly organized and self-directed. You run your own calendar, your own follow-through, and your own pipeline without being managed into it. Proactive by default. You flag issues before clients do, and you bring something valuable to every call. Curious about AI and quick to learn new technology. Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus, and Zoho experience is a bonus.
