FactSet Research Systems Inc. offers a Client Solutions Internship Program designed to introduce interns to our solutions, clients, and industry.

You will receive comprehensive training and participate in projects that add value for our clients, with mentorship and cross-team collaboration throughout the program. You’ll shadow client-facing teams, support account projects, and present findings to senior management at the program's end.

Qualificações

• Strong interest in Finance and FinTech with client-centric mindset.
• Desire to collaborate across teams to create solutions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and work on teams.
• Proven track record of learning and using new technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• GPA 3.3+; juniors in good academic standing.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in account shadowing to learn client facing teams and our service model.
• Assist account teams with day-to-day client projects and trainings.
• Observe Global Sales and Client Solutions professionals to learn consultation services.
• Engage in learning activities, mock demos, and client interactions.
• Lead in large-scale independent projects and present findings to senior management at program end.
