FactSet Research Systems Inc. offers a Client Solutions Internship Program designed to immerse interns in our client-facing and sales teams, providing training and diverse projects to add value to clients.

You will shadow teams, support day-to-day client initiatives, and participate in mock demos and client interactions. The program emphasizes finance industry interest, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to learn new technology, with mentorship and ambassador opportunities within a

Competenze

• Interest in Finance/FinTech and client-centric mindset.
• Experience or desire to be client facing in a support role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work on teams.
• Proven track record of learning and using new technology.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills.
• Junior status with GPA 3.3 or above and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Mansioni

• Participate in account shadowing to learn about client-facing teams and our service model.
• Assist account teams with day-to-day client projects, new user trainings, and strategic initiatives.
• Observe Global Sales and Client Solutions professionals to experience our consultation services.
• Engage in learning activities, mock demos, and client interactions.
• Lead large-scale independent projects and present findings to senior management at program end.
