FactSet Research Systems Inc. offers a Client Solutions Internship designed to immerse interns in our client-facing teams and sales organization.

You will participate in comprehensive training followed by projects that add value to clients, with opportunities to present成果 to senior leadership. You will shadow account teams, assist on day-to-day client work, and learn our service model while building relationships across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in Finance and FinTech with a client-centric mindset.
• Experience or desire to be client-facing in a support role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and work on teams.
• Proven track record of learning and using new technology.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills.
• Junior status in good academic standing (GPA 3.3+).
• For U.S. locations, must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Participate in account shadowing to learn about different client-facing teams and service model.
• Assist account teams with day-to-day client projects, new user trainings, and strategic initiatives.
• Observe Global Sales and Client Solutions professionals to experience our consulting services.
• Engage in learning activities, mock demos, and client interactions.
• Engage in large-scale independent projects and present findings to senior management at program end.
