Job summary

FactSet seeks a Client Solutions Associate in New York to build strong relationships with finance professionals, understand their workflows, and craft tailored solutions that boost product usage and onboarding. As you train clients, you will create custom models, offer support for applications, and lead in-person sessions and seminars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required by January 2027.
• Experience or desire to be client facing in a support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build personal relationships with client leaders and understand their workflows.
• Promote product usage and adoption by implementing client-focused processes.
• Provide training and support for FactSet applications and create custom models and automated processes.
• Plan and lead product trainings in client offices and seminars.
• Act as a client advocate to Product Development based on feedback.
