Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service banking
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently for clients
• Conduct in-depth conversations to understand financial goals and connect clients to solutions
• Build relationships to meet financial needs and drive client experience
• Follow established processes and guidelines and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
• Collaborate with banking experts in small business, lending, and investments
