Job summary

Disney Advertising in New York seeks a proactive coordinator to support the Client Connect team. Reporting to a Manager or Senior Manager, you will assist in crafting cross-platform client responses and coordinating across sales and solutions to deliver compelling ideas and proposals.

You will help prepare pitch materials, track timelines, and provide administrative support while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1 year of marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment, and/or media experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Client, Brand and Local Solutions, Sales).
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of cross-platform (linear, digital, social, etc.) client response.
• Participate in idea generation and help with creation of pitch materials (RFPs and proactive).
• Help coordinate aspects of the client response process: timeline, approvals, etc.
• Provide organizational and administrative support to the team.
