Responsibilities

  • Verify and evaluate the performance, accuracy, and functionality of a software-based conversational platform.
  • Execute quality assurance (QA) testing procedures to identify issues, document findings, and support continuous product improvement.
  • Collaborate with Research & Development teams to validate new features and enhancements.
  • Assist Client Services by supporting product implementation, troubleshooting, and customer-related initiatives as needed.
  • Document testing results, workflows, and recommendations for product improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as business needs evolve.
